Patients are seen by appointment only. We are a unique doctor’s office that generally runs on or close to schedule. We request that you arrive on time so we can maintain this commitment to be on schedule.

We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation so that we may offer this time to another patient. We reserve the right to charge a broken appointment fee for less than 24 hours notice.

In order to concentrate on diagnosing your dental condition and establishing the trusting and caring realtionship we value with all our patients, we ask you to fill out your administrative forms at home before your first visit. We then will have maximum time to examine you thoroughly and discuss your concerns and desires.
